Introduction to 'Shooting for the Edit'

I want to start off this post with a big welcome to my fellow filmmakers and cinema enthusiasts.

My name is Tim and I am a Level 4 Film (Media) Production student at Staffordshire University. I have set up this blog/website for one of the modules on my course with the intention of making posts about my current and latest projects. However, this isn't my only intention. In order to make this blog more focussed around the film industry as a whole, I also plan on making posts of some film/series reviews and some analysis pieces.

I hope that you find this blog useful and insightful on what it's like to be an aspiring filmmaker and seeing some of my own personal opinions on a wide range of films and series' (latest and older).

I look forward to developing this blog for the rest of my time at University and beyond, hopefully when I am working full-time in the industry.
